The design for this property was awarded silver at the 2018 Landscapes of Distinction Awards. 

The property is in a picturesque rural setting, filled with established oak, elm, ash and willow trees. A water race runs through the property.

One of the main purposes of the design was to connect the spaces and create a seamless flow for moving around the space. The various areas of the property have been connected with circles. The large, round expanse of lawn in front of the house connects to another circle of mixed planting surrounding the house.
